Terms of Service
Last updated: September 17, 2026
1. The service
Your Markets is a software tool that helps vendors track inventory, sales, expenses, and profit for markets, and — on paid plans — collect payments and run an online store. The service is provided as-is and as-available; we work hard to keep it running, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity under your account. Your data (markets, inventory, sales, expenses) is yours, and you can export or delete it at any time.
3. Plans, trials & billing
Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial that doesn't require a card. When you choose a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges at the price shown at signup, until you cancel. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Payments you collect
Payment collection is processed by Stripe. We aren't a party to the payments between you and your buyers, and we're not responsible for chargebacks, disputes, or holds Stripe places on transactions. Stripe's own terms apply to that processing, and standard processing rates apply.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the service for unlawful goods or services, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to break into or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Markets isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
